3. Customer Financial Information

As a financing customer of Heap Keong Motor Sdn. Bhd., your account information—such as loan balance, installment schedule, payment history, and outstanding amounts—will be accessible through the HK Ezy Platform.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The financial information displayed is based on your official loan agreement with us;
• It is your responsibility to review your account information regularly;
• You must notify us immediately if you believe any information displayed is inaccurate or outdated.

We strive to ensure all account data is accurate and up to date. However, discrepancies may occur due to system updates or payment processing delays.

4. Payments

The Platform allows you to make monthly installment payments toward your motorcycle financing. By using this feature:

• You agree to provide accurate billing and account information;
• You authorize us to process payments through third-party payment gateways;
• You are responsible for ensuring the amount, date, and reference details are correct before submitting any transaction;
• Payments made outside the app (e.g. IBG transfers) may take time to reflect in your account;
• We are not responsible for payment delays caused by banking systems or third-party services;
• Late payments may be subject to additional charges in accordance with your loan agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and user interface design, is the property of Heap Keong Motor Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

6.Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We are committed to protecting your financial and personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
